Receptive and helpful staff, clean rooms, unexpected surprises, central location, comfortable bed.

Staff was attentive and helpful. Location is central, 2 minutes walk from the downtown strip. Breakfast was included and available to be packed to go. Room was basic but comfortable.

Cramped parking lot in the mornings;

Poor breakfast without real choice. The room (suite) was cold because central heating was not working and air-conditioner can not have heated the room. Very dark neighbourhood without lights in the hotel street, people can not feel in security.

The location of the hotel was excellent, just a short 2-minute walk from the main walkway. This made it convenient to explore the nearby area and visit the coffee shop and restaurant/pub across the street. the staff at the hotel were also very receptive and helpful, providing great service throughout my stay. the rooms were spacious and the bed and mattress were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The parking situation in the mornings was a bit challenging, with a construction crew nearby causing the parking lot to be crowded and difficult to navigate.

Staff was very receptive and helpful including reception and restaurant staff, room cleaned well and even few unexpected surprises (eg clothes were ironed, breakfast packed to go... very nice! Located centrally near the main walkway... 2 minute walk from hotel entrance. A coffee shop (Cafegiu), is located across from hotel as well as a restaurant/pub. Rooms were spacious but furnished simply and basic. The bed and mattress were however comfortable and I had a good sleep at night. I would stay again if I needed to due to central location and attentive staff.

Leaving the hotel in the morning took a bit of acrobatics! There was a construction crew working in a nearby buliding and the parking lot got saturated full in the mornings. I had to squeeze through cars tightly parked, sometimes with only 2 inch clearance on both sides! Luckily, it did clear up in the evenings and I always found parking at night. The TV was small and basic,

The housekeepers did a good job of cleaning my room every day. They even surprised me by ironing my clothes and packing me breakfast to go. Plus, the bed was super comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep.

The parking lot was always jam-packed in the morning with construction workers' cars, and I had to maneuver through them like an acrobat. It was also disappointing that the TV was small and basic, which made for a monotonous TV experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were so receptive and helpful, from the friendly receptionists to the attentive restaurant staff. They even surprised me with unexpected treats, such as ironed clothes and a packed breakfast to go. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness. The location was superb, just a 2-minute walk from the hotel entrance and centrally located near the main walkway. Additionally, there was a convenient coffee shop and restaurant/pub right across the street. the staff, cleanliness, location, and hotel facilities made for an excellent experience.
